At Gesius Crew, every order is made with care through our print-on-demand production process. This means each item is specially created just for you after your purchase is confirmed. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products while maintaining fair and reliable shipping times for all customers worldwide.


Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before shipping. Since our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local postal services.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website during the offer period.


Delays & Exceptions

While we work closely with our fulfillment and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand. Gesius Crew is not responsible for such delays once the order has been shipped.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
